Updated: Mar 14, 2019
Greengables is participating in the NSW Health initiative: “Munch and Move”, which is a program aiming to support the healthy development of children by promoting physical activity, healthy eating and reduced small screen time.
Meals provided by parents/ carers are suggested meet the nutritional standards for children and include all five food groups. If you are unsure what kind of foods you can pack for your child please ask Greeengables educators to get our hand book for further information.
We also made a healthy lunch checklist in butterfly room to help our children check if their lunch box contains variety of food with good nutritions to support their body and mental grow.
Please check the link above to receive more information and suggestions about healthy lunch box for the children.
