Be You is a national initiative for educators, aimed at promoting and protecting positive mental health in children and young people. The Be You vision is to establish an education system in which every learning community is positive, inclusive and resilient, and where every child, young person, staff member, and family can achieve their best possible mental health.

Be You is building on the evidence base and ten years of experience of these programs. These programs are now integrated into Be You – one single, national initiative delivered through early learning services, primary and secondary schools.

Be You is focusing on:

Being and becoming mentally healthy

Explore the resources – plan your Professional Learning

Growing healthy minds at your place - what's next?

Leading learning and wellbeing of teams
